As gutters age over time rust becomes an issue, certain factors affect the speed of rusting such as gutters being choked full of debris which holds moisture speeding up the rusting process. Eventually the gutters will rust through developing holes and will require replacing. Often when carrying out gutter replacements we recommend coluorbond fascia covers be installed before new gutters are installed.

Fascia covers, cover the entire face and underside of the timber fascia. The colourbond covers cover all imperfections, water stains, water rot and peeling/aged paint. The Colourbond covers eliminate future painting to the timber fascia boards and are also very aesthetically appealing to the eye, also adding value to the property and reducing future maintenance costs (painting).

It is essential the gutters are cleaned regularly to prevent debris build up and premature rusting.
