Re-Roofing

Re-Roofing is the process of removing all old roof tiles or roof sheets and then replacing with new.

Re-Roofing is required when the roof tiles are too brittle, terracotta tiles commonly fret (the tile begins flaking apart like a cancer). Metal roofs are often replaced due to rust.

At JSJ Roofing, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality products. When carrying out a tile roof replacement we only use the three leading manufacturers who offer a 25 year warranty on their products.

The ridging is bedded down with 4 to 1 sand/cement mix and sealed with flexible pointing.

For metal Re-Roofing we use quality Colorbond or Bluescope steel material.
