Polyurethane – Leaf Screen

Leaf Screens are a high density, UV stabilized, industrial strength & low allergenic polyethylene specially treated against premature plastic embitterment.  Leaf Screens are guaranteed against UV embitterment with a life expectancy in excess of 15 years depending on climatic conditions.

Leaf Screen mesh is installed to the gutter to prevent blockages & storm water overflow during periods of rain.  Leaf Screens are fixed to the top edge of the gutter with a trim and then runs over the bottom course of tiles with the fixing being under the second row of tiles.

Aluminium – Leaf Stopper

The product we recommend to install is called Leaf Stopper. Leaf Stopper will not burn or warp and has the most compatible protection available for colourbond or zincalume roofing /gutters. The mesh aperture is appropriately sized to prevent lint and dust getting caught which can cause sheeting.  An aperture too small can prevent enough sunlight to dry gutters and can result in moss growing on the mesh.

Leaf Stopper is available in a range of colours to suit most roofs and has a 15 year mesh guarantee.
