How a leak job works
- Tell us what you’re seeing. Call, send the form or forward the email. Photos of the stain help.
- We inspect the roof. A qualified roofer goes up, traces the water and photographs the cause.
- You get a written quote. Within 24 hours of the inspection, with photos and a plain-English explanation. Small fixes are often done on the spot.
- We fix it and prove it. After photos of the finished repair, and a workmanship warranty.

Can you come out in the rain?
We can’t work safely on a wet roof, but we can often make it safe and do a temporary fix once the rain eases. Call us on (02) 9627 3232 and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Do I have to be home?
Not usually. If we need roof or ceiling access we’ll arrange it with you or your strata manager.
Will you show me what was wrong?
Yes. Every job includes photos of what we found and what we did.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repointing carries a 5-year workmanship warranty and other repairs 2 years. See our warranty terms for details.
Is the inspection free?
Inspections are free for home owners, with no obligation. Inspections and reports for strata buildings are charged. We confirm the fee when you send the job.
How soon will I get a quote?
We’ll contact you by the next business day to arrange an inspection. After the inspection you get a written quote with photos within 24 hours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NSW contractor licence 451327C and $20 million public liability.
