What a restoration includes
- Pressure cleaning of the whole roof, with a chemical treatment to kill moss, lichen and mould
- Valleys and gutters cleaned as part of the job
- Ridge capping repointed with flexible pointing
- Roof coating offered as an option in your quote
- Cracked or broken tiles replaced at a per-tile price. We always ask first
What it doesn’t include
Rebedding of ridge capping and leak repairs are quoted separately. Restoration is cosmetic and preventative; if your roof is leaking, we’ll find and quote the cause.

For most tile roofs we can measure and assess from high-resolution aerial imagery and send a written fixed quote by the next business day, with no site visit. The quote is fixed unless the tiles prove too brittle to restore on arrival.
